It does not connect

The reasons can be multiple. Try to close the program and and reopen it. Try disconnecting the interface and reconnecting it check that all connections are correct. Also check that the interface drivers are installed correctly by following the instructions for the interface you have and the operating system on which you installed the software (see these FAQ). Also check that the logger works by following the instructions in the dedicated FAQ.
