How do I calculate F0?

Start the software, click on the gear icon at the bottom right and create a Lethality calculation profile.

Click on the "+" icon in the Analysis box.

Assign a name to the analysis and a label, for example F0.

Set the values of Z, Tr (reference temperature) and Min, the minimum temperature value from which to start the calculation of lethality). Click OK to confirm.
At this point you can select the desired profile from the drop-down menu to analyze the data in the Archive.
