What if I forget the password?

If you are not an Administrator user you can ask an Administrator to access TS Manager and change your password. When you will log in again the software will ask you to change your password again.
If you are an Administrator user and don’t have other Administrators available, you have to contact Tecnosoft who will provide you a temporary password, valid for a limited time (few minutes). You can log in and change your password or create a new user.
