I have registered the software but it requires a key that I don’t have

Some software will ned a USB hardware protection key to run. In order to have this key you have to pay for their licence. If you didn’t have ordered that software, you won’t have the key and won’t be able to run it. Generally, there is also a free to use counterpart for these software, available on our website. Check the scheme on page 2 of this guide to download the correct software for your devices.
